At Mixology Clothing, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund and a 30-day window for store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
